For one of our Clients a big player in the Private Banking Sector we're currently looking for a Project Manager (HVAC) 
 

• You actively contribute to the establishment and extension of a sustainable and futureproof Real Estate footprint within the group 

• Your core duty will be to manage fit out projects of bank branches as well as at our main offices and headquarters, refurbishments and renovations projects, as well as build-to-suit initiatives. Our portfolio is comprised of a mix of old and new, modern and classic, big and small spaces.

Planning

• You participate and are an active member in the periodic real estate planning meetings, identifying new needs and thinking 5 years ahead.

• You own the timeline of all your projects, communicating them periodically to your stakeholders

• You set expectations ahead of your projects, identify hurdles and nuisances and set up mitigation plans
   

Financial follow up:

• You define each project’s budget and follow up and report on them on a monthly basis.

You’re capable to work out a complete business case and assess all elements of change projects,

Sustainability:

• You participate actively in the definition of the future vision on Sustainable Facility Management and are ready to implement it.
• You have knowledge of the existing market solutions to reduce energy bills and construction waste, reach high energy ratings and seek carbon neutrality.

• You are a project manager at heart and enjoy nothing more than seeing a project completed in time, budget and quality.

• You assess the best type of contract and procurement for each project and negotiate the best price and outcomes.

• You are knowledgeable with industry service levels and contractual penalties in order to build realistic relationships with contractors

• You have relevant experience in project management, in high end commercial real estate (10 years) and a proven track record of successfully completed projects.

• You have strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, mechanics and HVAC

• You have an eye for detail and finishes.

• You are persistent and do not compromise on expected end result.

• You are a real team player.

• You have advanced negotiation skills and know the main market players in your area.

• You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills and are not afraid to present to senior executives.

• You fluently speak and write Dutch and French and have a good English written and oral level.
